The staff was great and the rooms was great for the price.
Nothing to share.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The room's couch seats were cracked, giving it a worn look.

Enchanting secured property with incredible staff with great customer service. Great pool area too. Best possible, magnificent location to the restaurants in Yorkville. Also - adjacent to the CN Tower or Rogers Centre or other downtown attractions and stores. The contemporary ambiance in the outdoor bar.

We had a very very good breakfast with big portions, great relaxing atmosphere plus fresh fruit included cereal. We walked everywhere, the location was good, in the perfect area of Toronto.

comfy location, a subway station was close to the hotel. the room we had was newly renovated and impressive, came with a full kitchen and the doble bed bedroom, as for instance.
The area was horrible.

The continental breakfast, including pastries and fresh coffee, was adequate. The building showed signs of age, and some minor maintenance could enhance our stay. The location proved convenient, with an easy walk to attractions, but be prepared for an Uber ride if heading further downtown.

Location excellent, spacious rooms, and cleaned daily with fresh towels. Lovely pool area and terrace, all staff very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were perhaps in need of some refurbishment, especially the kitchens and bathrooms, and most certainly they needed to clean the windows outside a bit more frequently, but these are not complaints, just observations, as we enjoyed our stay there.

I stayed in a suite for a week while exploring the city. The separate kitchen was helpful for cooking some meals, something I appreciate as someone from Rome. I found the location to be central.
I had an issue with cleanliness in my initial room, and the hot water took a long time to warm up, causing some inconvenience.

Just central.
They offer "Full Breakfast". You must get a voucher for it with authorization and signature, every day. The breakfast room is dark and underground and they serve you: 1 toast, 1 micro muffin, 1 jam, 1 juice or coffee, 1 tee-cup of fruit. Is this "Full Breakfast"? I refused it because really offensive! On the web are nice pics of interiors, in reality it´s depressing and ruined! Dirty room never cleaned , just change of towels, even the bed was not made!!!!! Terrible. Never more! Overpriced for everything. 2 stars are already too much.

I really enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool and the cozy lounge area after a long day. Just a heads up, the pillows on the bed could've been a bit bigger, but it didn't take away from my stay 🌟
